Born in Menorca, I moved to Girona to pursue a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Activity and Sport Sciences at EUSES-UdG and later completed a postgraduate degree in Sports Coaching and High-Performance Psychology. For more than six seasons, I have combined competitive and high-performance cycling with my academic studies.Â
Currently, I combine competitive cycling with my work as a self-employed personal trainer, coordinator and coach at the Escola de Ciclisme de la Penya Ciclista Ciutadella, BTT selector for youth categories at the Cycling Federation of the Balearic Islands, Technical Director of the Federation’s BTT Athlete Development Programme through the Menorca Delegation of the FCIB, and workshop instructor for the Salut Jove i Cultura programme of the Consell Insular de Menorca, where I deliver cycling technique and basic mechanics sessions in schools and secondary schools across Menorca.
My coaching philosophy is based on personalised, individualised training tailored to each athlete’s characteristics, goals and specific context. I view performance as the result of integrating science, rigorous planning and continuous communication, using objective data and physiological knowledge to optimise every stage of the training process.
I work with a long-term perspective, prioritising health, sustainable progression and the balance between performance and well-being across disciplines such as cycling, triathlon, running and trail running.
Are you ready to take a step forward and reach your full performance potential?
Whatever your goals may be, I design your training plan around your individual needs: cycling, running, cycling + running, or triathlon. Every plan incorporates strength and conditioning work, along with guidance on nutrition and recovery, so that every aspect of your preparation works towards the same goal.
All training plans include, at a minimum, the planning of one strength-training session per week.
Strength training is essential, as it improves neuromuscular function, helps prevent injuries, and plays a key role in long-term health. Evidence shows that strength training helps prevent sarcopenia and osteoporosis by increasing muscle mass and bone mineral density, improves metabolic health—including insulin sensitivity and resting energy expenditure—and reduces the risk of chronic diseases such as type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular disease. It also contributes to better physical function, independence and quality of life, while providing psychological benefits such as improved self-esteem and reduced stress.
TRAINING PLANS
Choose the level of coaching and support that best suits your needs. All plans are based on individualised training and integrate training, strength work, recovery and nutritional guidance.Â
For young cyclists who want to progress, improve and be in the best shape at each stage of the season.
TrainingPeaks is the platform where you'll receive your complete training plan. Through this app, you can view scheduled sessions, log your activities, and track your progress daily.
It's also the primary communication channel between coach and athlete for training monitoring. The data you share allows me to objectively analyze aspects such as volume, intensity, and workload, and adapt the plan so you continue progressing as efficiently as possible.
WKO5 is the analysis tool I use to interpret all your training data in depth. Using power data, other metrics, and physiological models, it allows me to accurately understand how you're handling the workload and how your performance is evolving.
This analysis helps me make data-driven decisions and adjust your training plan so that each session has a purpose and helps you achieve your goals as efficiently as possible.
Real experiences. Real goals. Real progression.
